        首先要说明，华为的能源产品一直都有，绝不是现在才砸30亿，转向做数字能源。可以说，华为自当年做通信设备起，一直就有专门做通信电源的团队，只是不同阶段，有不同的运作方式。

        2000年，互联网泡沫席卷全球，华为未能幸免。2001年10月，华为以7.5亿美金，约60亿人民币，溢价400%，将华为电气卖给了美国艾默生电气公司。这是华为发展史上最著名的一次资产变现，世纪初的60亿巨资，不仅帮华为渡过了危机，依靠这笔资金，华为开拓了海外市场，奠定了如今华为全球发展的格局。

        有意思的是，按交易约定，华为在十年内不得生产、销售原有的网络能源产品，主要向艾默生采购。然而，十年后，华为用很短的时间，又再造了一个更为强大的、产品更丰富的网络能源产品线。新的网络能源产品线，不仅包括站点能源，还有光伏、数据中心能源、车载能源产品等。

        随着数字化时代的到来，数字技术和电力电子技术相结合，提供更为高效、可靠、绿色、智能的数字能源产品，实现对电能的转换、存储和控制，基于此，华为网络能源产品线更名为华为数字能源产品线。

        今年初，曾任华为云与计算BG总裁的侯金龙，调任数字能源产品线总裁，华为数字能源一下子又红了起来，也意味着，华为数字能源可能有大动作。果然，经过几个月的调整，数字能源公司正式成立，轮值董事长胡厚昆亲自担任法定代表人，侯金龙任总经理。

        华为数字能源产品，目前主要有站点能源、数据中心能源、智能光伏、车载电源、模块电源等五大类。

        华为网络能源产品线目前多个产品已业界领先，智能光伏逆变器全球市场份额第一，UPS电源中国区市场份额第一，模块化数据中心中国区市场份额第一。

        1、站点能源，主要为有线、无线通信设备提供电源，又分为运营商站点能源和行业站点能源。

        华为此时成立数字能源公司，主要有以下几方面的考量。

        1、与先进制程的芯片弱相关方向寻求更大的增长

        境外大国对华为无底线的强压，迫使华为在与先进制程的芯片弱相关、甚至不相关的领域，寻求更大的增长空间。而，数字能源的各系列产品，恰恰属于这类产品。本来华为数字能源发展不错，未来可期，在此情况下，被赋予使命，理所当然了。

        2、数字能源强劲增长

        各行各业的信息化、数字化，及云、AI、5G等技术快速发展，对高效、清洁、智能、安全的能源需求十分强劲！2019年，华为网络能源的销售已突破300亿元，同比增长40%，未来几年华为数字能源持续两位数增长不是奢望。

        3、碳达峰碳中和带来新机遇

        面对全球性的碳减排，我国已经确定了碳达峰碳中和时间表，降低能耗、减少碳排放已是大势所趋，未来产品的碳排放将是核心竞争力之一，碳排放不达标或过高，将在竞争中失去优势。

        华为在能源产品中尽早融入AI，引入“比特管理瓦特”的先进理念，在能源的高效、清洁、智能等方面走在了业界前列。比如，华为的间接蒸发冷却和智能调优技术，能让1500个机柜的数据中心每年可以省电1300万度，产生巨大经济效益，同时又低碳环保。

        4、华为数字能源可能先行进入资本市场

        关于华为数字能源进入资本市场的可能性，将在下文第四部分阐述。

        华为公司发展到现阶段，在国际、国内的影响力，恐怕是全球任何一家高 科技 公司无法相比的。正因如此，才招致别人倾其所能的打压，甚至结伙围攻。这种情况下，靠“独狼”式单打独斗，肯定是不行了。

        只有通过资本市场，利益分享，才能风险共担，才能聚焦更多的力量，争取更多的资源。这一点，估计华为公司也已意识到，四月份任老先生在讲话中，首次透露可能会有部分业务未来进入资本市场。

        笔者认为，华为很可能选择非核心业务首先试点，通过部分融资，再重组，然后上市。

        华为数字能源业务符合这样的条件。

        1、华为数字能源业务经过多年发展，盘子已很大，业绩不错。

        2、华为数字能源业务对于华为不是最核心业务，可以试点，即使出现问题，不会影响华为的大局。

        3、华为数字能源业务，未来发展空间很大，通过引入资金，可以聚集各方资源，可能带来更快、更大的发展。

        未来，华为将进一步聚焦大数据、5G、AI、云等ICT技术与能源互联网融合，通过能源云+能源网，实现比特管理瓦特。

        通过“源、网、荷、储”以及多能互补的综合智慧能源服务平台，实现“风光发电、储能、充电、工业与建筑节能、站点与数据中心节能、配电网”等场景的智能管理，将能源“发送配用”数据打通。

        在车载电源方面，解决充电快捷性、续航里程、安全顾虑等消费者关注的问题。

        发展新型储能技术，如新型电化学、氢能等，满足不同场景的能量存储需求；打造智能储能系统，通过云BMS（电池管理系统）对电池的全生命周期智能化管理。
